Mindfulness based Hypnotherapy

Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment and to what we experience now. Hypnosis is a state of increased suggestibility with focussed attention on the task at hand. Thus there are many similarities between hypnosis and mindfulness which are complementary and combined to resolve symptoms associated with psychological illness. The client learns the skills that can increase the ability to manage stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life.

EMDR therapy
